An optimized career⁢ ⁢experience thanks to⁢ ⁢Jobs⁢

The mandate⁢

The JobWings network of career sites is at the heart of the country's major recruitment challenges. The wish was to completely rethink the administration platform dedicated to employers.⁢

The mission was twofold: JobWings wanted to make life easier for companies when searching for candidates by offering a single space to manage their ads effortlessly, while offering a unique and specialized service. JobWings also wanted to offer a complete and seamless service to candidates during the first stage of a job search, applications, through a simple and practical site that helps them decipher the world of job searching.⁢

A technical challenge⁢

The technical challenge was to effectively connect the range of sites generated by Jobs.ca and to migrate the history of the last decades. Businesses can now choose to view their workforce needs by industry or job function to get better results.⁢

We also had to think about the future of the site and anticipate its exponential growth by choosing the right infrastructure to meet the needs of the coming years.⁢

Parallel projects for a remarkable experience

We redesigned 22 job sites to completely overhaul the user experience. We have developed a new system of job alerts and newsletters sent to potential candidates on a daily basis. We have also developed a new system that allows you to browse more than 1000 websites every day to extract active job offers and classify them in the Jobwings network. In addition, we have implemented a powerful search engine as well as an intelligent classification algorithm. Finally, we have redesigned the interfaces for managing employer job offers to allow them to easily publish positions on one or more of the network's sites.⁢

Guarantee the sustainability of a complex platform

"It was quite a challenge to replace and⁢ ⁢migrate the old infrastructure which had⁢ ⁢almost 20 years of history. We are very⁢ ⁢proud of the work accomplished and above all very enthusiastic to see the impact that⁢ ⁢the new web interfaces will have on the⁢ ⁢search for candidates and jobs!"

Results⁢

Following a complete overhaul of the customer experience across all sites in our client's network, we managed to put an end to the decline in organic traffic. Today, with modernized infrastructure, Jobs' network is well positioned to compete with market leaders. Since this transformation, organic traffic has shown continuous growth, with an increase of +20% each year. What's more, the new job offer classification system is remarkably effective, managing to classify more than 90% of offers, compared to 50% with the old version. This major advantage represents a significant saving of time and makes it possible to capture a significantly higher number of job offers.⁢
