Like many other sectors, the profession of educator / early childhood educator is currently facing a labor shortage, in particular due to salary conditions, the effects of the pandemic and other socio-economic issues and qualifications. Faced with this state of affairs and an urgent need to find qualified labor that will remain in the industry for the long term, the CSMO - in collaboration with several partners - needed a "one-stop shop" firm to support it in its various communication actions, from branding to social campaigns and the creation of a web platform. This role was provided by QuatreCentQuatre and the agency Les Évadés.
